Happy Saturday!
Ok now that I have caught up on everyone, I got back from Ft Lauderdale last night around 11pm. I decided to come back early cause I had to much to do for mothers day. I am also getting ready to go to colorado for 3 to 4 weeks on the 25th. I also have to look for a one way ticket to chicago for Carl for fathers day. I am going to meet him in chicago. then we r going on vacation some where. I am hoping to go to Pennsylvania. and come home thru the new england states.
I got to look for my I-pass so If I need to be on the Illinois tollway for some reason I wont have to pay out of state tolls. I do have one. it is in one of my cars and I have to update it.
I am back on track for loosing my regain of 18 pounds. so that is good. I need to stay off the kids junk food. I told them they cant eat in my car and dont give me their food that they dont want cause they know I will eat it if they give it to me!!!!! So the last three days I have stayed legal and have lost 5 pounds!!!!! yea me!!!!!

Eileen so glad you didn't have to pay for your meds, wow $429.00 is just way tooooo much! Ugh!
Today I'm working a double shift. The day is flying by just like I like it. Hopefully the 3-11 shift will keep me busy too.
Went to Hopkins garage sale weekend, it started yesterday, got some baby clothes for the grand-kids, bought a pair of Skeecher sandals, a pretty love-seat and chair for me new enclosed porch, some music CD's and books. Stopped at one garage and I tell you it was a store! This lady does extreme couping (I call it hoarding) so I bought some shower wash, nail polish, tooth paste and other toiletries. Oh and I got a beautiful Christmas Serving dish that was never used, still in the box and a brand new steamer for cleaning. Yep, I love garage sales!
I'm sure some of you are doing something wonderful today for Mother's Day. So Happy Early Mother's Day to all of us!! That includes people who don't have children too...because I am one of those people but "mother to many". I love being a step mom and a grandma! Hugs Debbie

Eileen glad your script was no cost. I hate how perscription drugs keep getting more and more expensive.
Today is one of those days when I hate being a home owner. Got up this morning thinking I would be doing laundry and some yard work. Nope, faucet connection to washer was dripping so had to replace a washer. Then I kept hearing a swishing sound. Turned out that the drain faucet on the ho****er tank is leaking. The joys of owning a house that has to be closed up in the winter.
I called the plumber but his wife said he was not at home. I could hear him whispering in the background to her having her ask me questions. Anyway when I went to the local hardware store the owner suggested replacing the plastic release valve with a brass one. So today I will attempt to replace the valve by myself. It would give me pleasure to call the plumber back and tell him that I fixed the problem myself. If I fail as a plumber I just will wait until the guy shows up.
Otherwise I am slowly unloading the car and unpacking things in the house. Today in addition to laundry and plumbing I need to tackle the living room and kitchen area. I still have rugs to put down as I take them all up during the winter. But the weather is nice today so I may just work in the yard raking leaves and picking up the fallen birch branches. But first, off to do the first time plumbing job. Keep your fingers crossed ladies!

Nothing exciting for me today. I want to go to a store that is having 40% off summer clothes. I have a coupon for $10 off a $25 purchase.....what a deal!!!
Got rid of my guy over the last weekend. Way to jealous and controlling. I am very independent and don't like that. I met another guy Monday night. He and I share so many of the same interests. We are going slow and see how it works out!!
